Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s and would like to return it; you will need to inform us in writing within 7 working days starting the day after delivery to obtain a full refund.
(The cost of returning the item is not refundable)
If you return the item without writing to us within 7 days, postal charges will not be refunded and we reserve the right to impose a minimum administration fee of £5.00
All products must be returned unworn, unmarked and with all original tags and packaging.
The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Sumo Footwear will process refunds within 7 days. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Exchange
If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour its simple - you will need to inform us in writing within 7 days, we will then comfirm that we do have the replacement product in stock. Then you will be required to return the product to us as we sent it to you and we will send out a replacement (subject to a small fee to cover postal costs, depending on the product and delivery destination).
Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, inform us in writing within 7 days and return the original purchase back to us we will then refund you the full cost of the orginal product.
Faulty Returns
If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please return the product(s) to us together with a written the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Before we can process the refund/ exchange will need to examine the product/s. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow upto 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.
All items should be sent by registered post and securely packaged. Sumo Footwear can not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.
